The pillow and duvet can be aired out every two to three weeks outside on a nice day or occasionally in a larger dryer with no heat. Never vacuum your duvet.
Small marks can be taken care of by spot washing with a pure soap. Rinse soap thoroughly and hang it to dry.
The pillows can be machine washed. however we recommend only washing them when necessary in a front loading machine with a gentle soap, on a medium temperature and maximum water level. Do not use fabric softener, as this will damage the feather. Machine dry one pillow at a time, on medium temperatures. It is important that your pillow is completely dry. Moisture left in the pillow can cause odour and mildew.
The duvets can be laundered or dry cleaned as long as the cleaner is experienced.

How can I be sure of the size and fit of your bedding?
A size chart is available on our website. If you’re still unsure, please get in touch here and we’ll be happy to help you navigate the size and fit of your bedding.
(Please note, due to the nature of our linen fabric, please allow a +/- 2~3% of size difference from the size chart provided.)
What is your return policy?
We offer 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or a proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on duvet inserts, pillows, scrunchies, used products, sale items or gift cards. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information.
